JT is the founder of Winston Paul Capital Management, a Personal Wealth and Business Equity Advisory firm that works with Business Owners, individuals, couples, and families. He has over 25 years in financial services and earned several credentials, two of which include CFP® and CPA. He's put in the work to gain the knowledge to serve his clients well. His whole approach centers on truly listening to people, understanding what matters most to them, and helping them build a future that reflects their values — not just their portfolio balance. What drew JT to this board is the same thing that drives his work: a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. He believes in the power of faith, in the strength of community, and in leaving things better than you found them. At home, he'll tell you his greatest joy comes from his family. He's especially delighted by his two grandsons who call him "J-Pop.". JT remains curious and active, follows Formula 1 racing, still coaches little league baseball, and hits the slopes when time permits. He's grateful for the chance to contribute as a board member here.
